Professor at the Seoul National University Graduate School of Environmental Studies, and author of Themes, Scenes, and Taste in the History of Japanese Garden Art and Japanese Flowering Cherries

• Makoto Nakamura, Ph.D., professor of landscape architecture, and designer of the Japanese garden at the Dawes arboretum, Ohio
